About the Podcast
Hello. My name is Dana Saar, a resident of Heber-Overgaard and the moderator of this podcast.
I’m one of those guys that need to stay busy. I’m still teaching college courses online, but that doesn’t keep me busy enough. Since I teach software development and other computer related classes, I thought - why not create a Podcast. I announced high school football games for 27 years in the Valley, so I have a decent voice, and I have the necessary equipment to produce a reasonable quality podcast.
The plan is to record each podcast episode in my studio here at Bison Ranch. It’s my dining room, but it works. I hope to release a new 30-minute podcast every other week to begin with. Each podcast will feature a representative from one of the organizations located here in Hever-Overgaard.
Conversations will be non-political. Questions for the guests will come from listeners and my personal curiosity. I’ll give guests a heads up on the topics so there aren’t any gotcha moments. I just think it’s important for the community to get answers from the source as much as possible.
